It's easy to let a few home maitenance projects get behind but when

you are selling your home, now is the time to get caught up with these tasks:

l To maximize curb appeal, edge, mow and fertilize the lawn. Reseed sparse areas.

l Trim hedges, weed lawns and flowerbeds add mulch, and prune trees. 

l Reseal cracks in foundation, especially corner cracks.

l Clean and align gutters and downspouts.
